[Provo]

Classes as usual, but a real twist today! First: Marian had her blood tested and it was 52. That's great news. Normal is 60-160. I think that means it's good. We've been eating regular and well, each are feeling good and each have lost several pounds. At about 2:30 this afternoon I was working with Sister Harris and Brother Hill (head of training) walked in with the news that we're all finished at MTC!!!! Tomorrow we have a 4pm meeting with Frank Bradshaw and Christian Euvrard (Frank's Zone Administrator for Europe, Christian is Area Director for Europe), stay overnight in S.L.C., then fly to Springfield, Missouri Thursday morning, there to stay and train in Home Study until our visas come through! This is sudden! We've been scurrying ever since, starting to pack, starting to say goodbyes, telephoning the family. Our medicines aren't here. What a mess! At night we had our Fireside and Elder Arthur Kay was speaker. He gave a real good talk, recorded elsewhere. We retired real late for our last night at the MTC (Late we visited Warren "Jota" and Enid Wilson. They've been good friends here again.).
